The Air Jordan 6 Gets "Metallic Silver" Plating

To put it bluntly, Jordan Brand’s November Retro lineup is stacked. This month, the sportswear powerhouse is set to release the women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 11 Retro “Midnight Navy,” as well as the highly anticipated Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Lost and Found.” But that’s not all that’s in store for November.

In addition to the Air Jordan 11 and the Air Jordan 1, there is a “Metallic Silver” Air Jordan 6 Retro, which is slated to hit shelves in the coming weeks.

This forthcoming colorway boasts a black nubuck upper with matching black laces, lace shrouds, and sockliners. The monochromatic base is broken up by shiny “Metallic Silver” accents on the lace shrouds, lace locks, and heel tabs. Additionally, the heels are emblazoned with tonal Jumpman-logo embroidery, as well as “23” embellishments done in “Metallic Silver.”

The two-toned look makes its way onto the foam midsole units, with the majority of the midsoles done in black, and portions taking on the titular chrome tone. The entire proposition is tied together with icy, semi-translucent rubber outsoles, which encase the sneaker’s visible Max Air tooling in the heels.

The Air Jordan 6 Retro “Metallic Silver” will be available on DTLR.com and DTLR stores on November 26th in full-family sizing.
