Set To Drop: Air Jordan 13 "Del Sol"

If you’ve ever wanted to get your hands on a Carmelo Anthony player exclusive Air Jordan colorway, this might be one of your closest shots. Releasing on Saturday, March 19 after several delays is the Air Jordan 13 “Del Sols”. Again, if you’ve been following my blogs on DTLR, you know that the 13’s are one of my favorite Air Jordan designs of all time. Which makes the Del Sol edition a must-have on my sneaker buying list. Let’s break down the sneaker.

This pair features White leather uppers marked by the infamous dimples inspired by a black panther. (Tinker Hatfield designed the entire shoe around the features of a black panther). The toe along with the tongue is also dressed in White. A Red stitched Jumpman highlights the tongue and down by the toe you’ll is a Black nylon tag that reads “JORDAN”. Along the side and throughout the midsoles you’ll find the color “Del Sol” which is a shade of Orange. Del Sol follows both sides all the way down and wraps around the heel and up to the collar of the shoe where it highlights the hologram or better known as “the cat’s eye”. To finish off the look, the sole pods (paws) are Black. Overall a simple, but yet powerful colorway.

For those of you who have patiently waited, the time has come. I can confirm that the Air Jordan 13 Del Sol will for sure be released this weekend in a men’s run for $200. As always, be sure to bookmark our blog and follow us on social for all of the latest release and raffle information. I’m off to reserve my pair!
