Set To Drop: Air Jordan 4 '95 Neon

Jordan Brand celebrates Air Max Month by combining the Air Jordan 4 and the Air Max 95. The fusion is one that has really caught some attention due to the way the Retro 4 silhouette has taken on the Max 95 colorway.

The base is a light cool grey suede, the mudguard around the toe cap area is an anthracite grey and the sole a flat black. It comes with volt green accent tabs and the Nike Air branding on the heel. Lining the inside of the shoe will be a lighter grey than what wraps the shoe, the tongue tag really is one of the amazing parts to this shoe. The tag is the normal Jordan 4 tongue tag but it is divided down the middle and features all the different colors from the shoe, also it features rope laces like what would’ve come on the Air Max 95. This pair also features 3M like what would come on the Air Max 95 in the shoelaces and on the heel tab to really give that good pop. With the white netting along the side and on the tongue, it really gives that contrast just like the Air Max would.

This silhouette really gives us a look at another mesh of just a couple of Tinker Hatfield’s creations. With this colorway being released and giving us a look at this mashup, I wonder what else Jordan Brand has up their sleeve in releases that we don’t expect. With a lot of anniversaries coming up within Nike and Jordan Brand, who’s to say there won’t be more collaborations like this done featuring a prominent Jordan silhouette and some form of Air Max due to Tinker Hatfield designing a lot of what Nike and Jordan Brand has to offer.

The Air Jordan Retro 4 '95 Neon will be available March 21, 2020, online at DTLR.com
