Set to Drop: Nike Air Max 200

Another Air Max to add to the collection.

Picking kicks can be very intimidating these days. Going to your local retail store is still a convenient way to purchase kicks. However, the inventory wall can intimidate the casual shoe buyer. Either that or consumers will more than likely cop the same pair they usually buy. With shelves full of various brands, designs, and colors, it is understandable.

Growing up, athletic runners weren’t the topic of discussion. In fact, you would be a laughing stock in grade school if your shoes were not Jordans or a signature basketball shoe. Now, you can’t walk down the street without seeing someone wearing runners.

Rasta

Nike is releasing a colorway that is classic with a hint of pizzazz. White mesh is the base of the upper, while Black suede is a detailed overlay. Similar in contrast, the toe box is Black & White leather. The bottom of the sneaker follows suit with a White midsole and a shimmering Black Air unit. A trifecta of Yellow, Green, and Red is accented in the upper completes this astonishing look.

Mystic Green

During winter season, wearing darker clothing is ideal since dark colors attract heat. When summer hits, it is time to transition from dark to light. Tis the season of colorful fashion trends and vibrant shades. Nike is releasing a Women’s shoe that embodies all of these heatwave commandments into one sneaker.

From the upper to the midsole, you’ll notice that the tennis shoe is predominantly White. The commemorated Nike swoosh and bottom sole are Black and bold. The upper overlay is a “Mystic Green” that stands out in any crowd of kicks. Solid Gold occupies the heel toe, heel clip, and the angled eyestays. The sock liner is cushioned in lavender, while turquoise surrounds the legendary Air unit. Last but not least, the Air unit and shoe strings are laced in Fuchsia Pink.

Royal Pulse

The Nike Air Max 200 adds to the wave with the new “Royal Pulse” colorway. Majestic in hue, the main color of choice is a soft Lavender upper with periwinkle fabric which helps with daily durability. Delicate overlays of Black suede adds dark solitude in conjunction with the Lavender vibe. Surprisingly, the sock liner is Red, while the toe box and other detailed areas are teal. A creative sway of white is found on the midsole and the heel clip. Lavender highlights the outside border of the Air unit, with the actual bubble, has a tinted finish.

The Nike Air Max 200 is out 07/19/2019 on www.dtlr.com and at local DTLR/VILLA locations. Click here to shop.
