VH1 is set to add another reality show to their belt that will premiere October 1st titled “Meet the Mackies”
Remy Ma, who has comfortably jumped into her roll on Joe Budden’s talk show, “State of the Culture”, announced Monday evening through media outlet “Page Six” that she and Papoose would be opening up to the world even more. The two are set to star alongside their children in a three-week series that will follow the couple and family through the ins and out of their lives while they prepare for a new bundle of joy proclaimed as “The Golden Child”.
Remy 38 and Papoose 40, are welcoming their first child together after ten outstanding years of marriage and seem quite excited to express their triumphant love between them on air. “Love and Hip-Hop” fans absolutely adore the grand love between the two and will be thrilled to tune in for more.
In an Instagram post, Remy states “me and my husband will be bringing more of our BlackLove to your TV screens on VH1, October 1st! Tune in to watch our crazy but beautiful blended family”.
Remy and Papoose have been very honest with their feelings on marriage and pregnancy on Love and Hip Hop’s last season but the two gracefully found common ground throughout the past season to make both dreams come true.
With “Meet the Mackies” coming to TV screens around the world, it is uplifting to see VH1 stray from the typical reality show dramatics. This will be the second show to air that will show families and friends in a positive light. Like “Meet the Mackies” will be, the first season of “Teyana and Iman” has also been a huge romantic hit for the station. These two shows are a positive twist for a station that in the past has profited from exploiting celebrities under their payroll.
Tune in on Monday October 1st at 9 p.m. ET/PT to indulge in a marriage that has put in the work to stay together through thick and thin.
