Bring Em Back: Air Foamposite One “Galaxy”

In the sneakerhead universe, there are hundreds and thousands of shoes that have come and gone. Each pair of kicks is slowly orbiting around their fellow predecessors. Air Foamposite One’s alone have an assortment of creative colors that release on the annual basis. But there is a particular colorway that took Earth by storm. The Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” had the world in a frenzy since limited quantities were released.

Before the Galaxies were dropped, the colorways were combined to create a unique pallet. Galaxies were one of the first editions that used a wallpaper style pattern around the shoe. Fusions of purple surround the upper with a plethora of stars shinning throughout the shoe. An astonishing rubber sole glows in the dark like planets in space. This shoe helped establish the resellers market we have today. Shoe entrepreneurs far and wide went through extreme measures to get their hands on a pair. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to cop them when they first came out. I will go above and beyond to get an opportunity to buy them at retail price.

One day, the Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” should be brought back.

Writing is a craft that LaMon "Noy" Byrams developed at a young age, but never used it on a professional level. After interning at DTLR/VILLA, the company decided to acquire his literary talents to write compelling articles focused on their latest shoes and sneakers.
