For as long as I can remember, Air has been synonymous with the Nike brand. In the early 2000’s, innovative shoe technology helped Nike reinvent themselves for the new millennium. Nike ”Shox” stepped on the scene when high-flying dunks reigned supreme in the NBA. Only right to have basketball legend Vince Carter be the front man for the new shoe line. It was his ferocious slams and bionic leaps that made the Nike Shox VC 2 greater than its predecessor.
Nike Shox VC 2 was a substantial upgrade from the original release. Luxury was of importance with the plush red lining starting from the toe to the heel of the shoe. Angelic white leather covers the midsole, while the upper has insulated air pockets. Most importantly, the metallic red Shox give your foot that needed support to jump above the rim.
One day, the Nike Shox VC 2’s should be brought back.
